Pilates has become something I look forward to. All the instructors are amazing and super helpful. They are the heart of Reform Room.

From day one, I’ve felt so welcomed and supported as a beginner. The instructors create an environment that feels encouraging, empowering, and never intimidating, which made all the difference for me.

I am blown away at how much my range of motion and strength has improved in just 10 classes. I also love how it’s so easy on my joints and that I can modify the movements if needed.

I’m not the most flexible person but find the reformer is very forgiving and I’m able to push myself a little more as a result. Can’t wait to keep attending classes here.

Can’t recommend it enough! Nikki makes everyone feel welcomed and she’s great at explaining step by step on what to do. Pricing is also very affordable. You should definitely book a class!

Good to know

Before your first class.

Do I need yoga or Pilates experience?
Not at all. Reform Room is built to support beginners through experienced movers, with options and guidance throughout class.
What should I bring to a heated class?
Water and a towel. Wear clothes you can move and sweat in. Arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in before the room warms up.
How warm are the rooms?
Heated mat Pilates and warm yoga are gently heated, enough to help you loosen up and move with intention. Hot yoga is the warmest room on the schedule. If you’re unsure, start warm and work up.
Is this the same Reform Room team?
Yes. Same address, in Unit 2, with the instructors you know and a few new faces. The heated classes are an expansion of Reform Room, not a separate business.
How do I book?
Everything runs through the online schedule. Pick a class, pay, and you’re in. Spots are first come, first served, so book ahead for busy times.
