Reformer Foundations
The perfect place to start, or to come back to. This class focuses on the fundamentals of Pilates: proper alignment, core engagement, and foundational reformer exercises. With a slower pace and attention to detail, Reformer Foundations helps you build strength, stability, and confidence so you can get the most out of every Pilates class.
Reformer Flow
Our signature reformer workout that blends strength, stability, and flow into one energizing class. You’ll move through continuous, full-body sequences that build core power, improve alignment, and leave you feeling strong, challenged, and accomplished.
Reformer Athletic
A higher-intensity take on our classic reformer class! Reformer Athletic uses creative sequencing and more accessory work to challenge your strength, stamina, and control. Expect a faster pace, dynamic movement, and a full-body burn that will make you sweat and keep you engaged from start to finish.
Prerequisite: at least 5 Reformer Foundations or Reformer Flow classes before attending.
Jumpboard
Take your Pilates practice to the next level with this fun, cardio-boosting reformer class! Using the jumpboard attachment, you’ll combine low-impact jumping with core strength, stability, and control for a full-body workout that gets your heart rate up while staying gentle on the joints. Expect to sweat, smile, and feel the burn.
Prerequisite: at least 5 Reformer Foundations or Reformer Flow classes before attending.
