Reformer Foundations
Start here!
The perfect place to start, or to come back to. This class focuses on the fundamentals of Pilates: proper alignment, core engagement, and foundational reformer exercises. With a slower pace and attention to detail, Reformer Foundations helps you build strength, stability, and confidence so you can get the most out of every Pilates class.
Reformer Flow
Our signature reformer workout that blends strength, stability, and flow into one energizing class. You’ll move through continuous, full-body sequences that build core power, improve alignment, and leave you feeling strong, challenged, and accomplished.
*It is strongly recommended that you complete at least 1 Reformer Foundations class before joining a Reformer Flow class if you are new to the reformer.
Advanced Reformer
Advanced Flow builds on our Reformer Flow class with more advanced variations of Pilates exercises that will challenge your strength, balance and skill level.
Prerequisite: at least 15 Reformer Flow classes before attending. Ask your instructor if you are ready for this class.
Jumpboard
Take your Pilates practice to the next level with this fun, cardio-boosting reformer class! Using the jumpboard attachment, you’ll combine low-impact jumping with core strength, stability, and control for a full-body workout that gets your heart rate up while staying gentle on the joints. Expect to sweat, smile, and feel the burn.
Prerequisite: 1 or 2 Reformer Foundations or Reformer Flow classes before attending.
