Your First 3 Steps
Getting started is simple.
1. Purchase the Intro Offer
Our new member special lets you try the studio at a great value.
2. Book a Foundations Class
This class is designed specifically for your first experience on the reformer.
3. Arrive about 5 minutes early
We recommend arriving about 5 minutes before your class begins so your instructor can greet you and get you set up on your reformer.
Classes run back-to-back, so arriving around this time helps keep the studio flow smooth and avoids walking into a class already in progress.
New Member Intro Offer
The best way to experience Reform Room is with our New Member Intro Offer.
3 Classes in 3 Weeks

Start with a Foundations Class
If this is your first time on a reformer, we strongly recommend starting with our Foundations class - regardless of your fitness level or previous workout experience.
Even if you are very active or experienced in other types of exercise, the reformer is a unique piece of equipment and learning the fundamentals first will help you stay safe and get the most out of your classes.
In Foundations you will learn:
• How the reformer works
• Key Pilates principles
• Proper alignment and form
• Foundational exercises used in many classes
This class will help you feel confident, comfortable, and prepared before trying other classes on the schedule.
Foundations Schedule
Monday – 10:00 AM
Tuesday – 6:30 PM
Wednesday – 12:00 PM
Thursday – 6:30 PM
Saturday – 10:30 AM
Many members enjoy the Foundations class so much that they continue attending it regularly. You are welcome to take Foundations as many times as you like, or begin exploring other classes once you feel comfortable.
Important:
If you are new to the reformer, please do not book an Advanced Flow class until you have built a strong understanding of the fundamentals. Our instructors are always happy to help guide you toward the classes that are best for you.
What is Reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout performed on a specialized piece of equipment called the Reformer.
The reformer uses springs, straps, and a moving carriage to create adjustable resistance while supporting your body through controlled movements.
This allows for an incredibly effective workout that builds strength, improves flexibility, and enhances body awareness.
Benefits of Reformer Pilates
• Builds deep core strength
• Improves posture and alignment
• Increases flexibility and mobility
• Strengthens muscles without heavy joint impact
• Supports injury prevention and rehabilitation
• Enhances balance and coordination
With only 10 reformers in each class, our instructors are able to provide personalized attention and guidance throughout your workout.
