Nikki's Bio
Hi, I’m Nikki, founder of Reform Room, Woodstock’s first boutique reformer pilates studio!
I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 10 years as a group fitness instructor (if you’ve ever done Bodybalance or RPM at Goodlife in Woodstock, my face might be familiar!), and also a Level 3 personal trainer. I have been passionate about group fitness for basically ever. When I was a kid, my mom used to bring us to the gym and I would watch the classes from the childminding room, wishing I could participate! As soon as I was 12, I was right there in the class beside her, and I’ve never looked back.
When I discovered Reformer Pilates, it was so exciting because it really is a next level experience. The problem was, there was nowhere to do it nearby! Even trying to get into a class in London or Waterloo was nearly impossible. I know I wasn’t the only one with this problem, which gave me the idea to open Reform Room. The idea was actually born on my sister’s couch. We were talking about Reformer Pilates, and she said “Dude, you should totally open one of these studios, it would be amazing!’. Well, the seed was planted and I couldn’t let it go. The name “Reform Room” is actually an ode to her own business, a hair studio in Windsor called “The Room”.
Fast forward a few months, and here I am! I’m just so excited to be the first to bring this kind of movement to Woodstock in a group setting that’s welcoming, fun, and a little bit spicy.
Outside the studio, I’m married to Brady, raising two boys, wrangling two dogs, and sharing my backyard with 11 chickens (including two roosters that have managed to co-exist for 3 years now). My life is very full, fueled by caffeine, chaos, and the best friends and family a girl could ask for.
Whether you’re a Pilates newbie or a veteran, Reform Room is here for you. Come for the workout, stay for the laughs—and maybe the occasional chicken story.
Let’s reform things together.
